I would say that Marshall's made the team, but is subject to replacement on waivers.

Surprised about R. Reynolds.
I'm not really surprised by any of the cuts so far. 

 

Reynolds was almost invisible most of the preseason.

 

It'll be interesting to see who winds up on the practice squad, and what roster moves the team makes to snap up anyone who is cut by other teams.  My guess is they're working the phones right now dangling some of those final guys out there as potential trade bait.

You can probably add Sterling to that list, as well. If he develops, he could be a strong red zone target along with Julius.
