I still believe that other than a couple exceptions having facial hair is the determinate factor in a HC's success. All Doug has to do is grow a goatee or something. Maybe appear with 3 days of stubble?

All that says is slow. He'll take his time talking to people and figure it out. By that time options will be limited and he will just stick with what he has.

Hopefully Baalke retires otherwise he will still be here no matter what.

Or he's keeping them because he doesn't want to pay them the remaining years on their contracts without them having to work for it. Or he believes that there are extenuating circumstances to the outcome this year that they can correct. Or he just doesn't care and he's making plenty of money as it.
