Sorry.  I just got back from my friend's.  We were drinking horseshoes and playing whiskey.  Or was that drinking whiskey and playing horseshoes?

I got a bill from the water deptartment for $0.00 it said i'd be charged a late fee if not paid by the 27th....what am I to do? I don't have that kind of money.
