Its soo funny the people who act like they knew how fast Ramsey would heal, or how fast he would be back... Did you guys know this about Fowler too? Lol people dont want u to worry when u have a reason to worry.. Complain when you have a legitimate reason to complain, like the coach sucks or the team is bad... I guess everybody should live in fantasyland! Or take whatever it thats being taken.. Its obviously good..

There was a huge difference in how the team responded publicly to DFJ and Ramsey. Fowler was announced as done for the year almost immediately while Ramsey was not. That response gave hope because this team doesn't really play games with the press about injuries. I was pretty confident it wasn't a major injury for just that reason, I trust the team when they do share information and can glean some insight from what they don't.

There were others who weren't panicking but were nonetheless concerned over how severe his injury was and how long it may have kept him out.

 

These people listened to the likes of former Jaguars team physician Steven Lucie, who indicated he could be out 4-6 months if the tear happened in the right spot.  I'm sure Dr. Lucie knew what "partially torn meniscus" meant.

 

The only people who weren't the least bit concerned were PITSOs who didn't know or concern themselves about the possibilities this injury could have.

Im kind of hoping this injury will help the coaching staff make the best decision and put Ramsey at SS.  Would be best for the team and the injury imo.

 

 

I know. I'm secretly hoping they end up putting either Ramsey or Jack at SS this season.

Yeah, we pretty much knew right away that Fowler wouldn't be back for his rookie season. In Ramsey's case, the known medical facts have medical experts predicting he'll be back in plenty of time for the regular season if not the start of training camp.
