No dog in this fight so objectively:

 

Meyer - 3 titles, 2 schools and this years Buckeye team should be better than last years.  He will do to the Big 10 what Spurrier did to the SEC, bring it into the                       modern era

Saban  - A very close 2nd and would not have an issue flipping these two

Spurrier - He lead Duke to back to back ACC Championships, then changed the SEC from a running conference to an offensive juggernaut.  Then made South                                Carolina respectable.  Suffers from a what have you done lately mentality.

Bowden - That was one heck of a run he put together at FSU, 

Fisher - I need to see it sustained

I'm a little torn but I'd probably go with Spurrier.

 

I'm sure everyone's criteria is a little different but I'd rather win 10 games every year and be as clean as a major program can be rather than win 11 or 12 games a year and being dirty as heck.  Meyer would recruit Charles Manson if the guy could play ball.  Aaron Hernandez never got kicked out.  Percy Harvin never got kicked out.  Chris Rainey never got kicked out.  Janoris Jenkins never got kicked out.  Ronnie Wilson never got kicked off.  It took Jamar Hornsby stealing a dead girl's credit card and using it for 6 months before he kicked someone off the team.

 

Meyer is scum and is ruthless.  Would never want him representing my university.

The arrests under Spurrier with SC are similar to the Urban era here at UF.

 

Now, if you are talking about Spurrier at UF, just remember that was not the era of social media so their wasn't the exposure.  Remember when everyone thought JoPa ran a squeaky clean program.  NOPE, heck even before his coaches were raping kids, there were plenty of incidents that PSU covered up under JoPA.  Likewise, the media loves Spurrier so he never got front page news.
