Best WR in the AFC South
|
Quote:Well.. no he's not, but considerin coming from a divisional rival.. even if he falls a smig short of that comparison.. he still must be doing something well, so thank Hey you said best in NFL. Brown and Jones are so far ahead of the rest its not funny. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
ARob, Hopkins and Hilton is a pretty good trio for AFC South
Quote:Hey you said best in NFL.Lol.. umm no they aren't.. have you even watched the catches this season or during their careers? Hopkins is putting on a highlight reel every Sunday with his catches, I watched AJ for a decadexcuse plus.. AJ had more top end speed.. but Hopkins is by far a better catcher of the football and has better hands.. and that's scary, because it's not like AJ was horrible or anything. Lol who the heck is Brown.. Antonio Brown is not known for his hands.. both WRS are straight line runners, Hopkins has QBs in and out of the line up playing next to him.. and he's on pace to break the record with the. Hopkins has made the most contested catches in football. That's why I said the best natural catcher... he has the best hands of the three

And I like Hopkins, but he (and Antonio Brown for that matter) gets away with an absurd amount of offensive pass interference, which simply isn't being called as much this year for some reason.
THERE IS A SKELETON INSIDE OF YOU.
RIGHT NOW. THIS IS NOT A JOKE.
Quote:One handed catches really don't mean anything.Umm yeah, that never happened ... list the plays that you think are pass interference lol http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=4JILAHqlctA I'm not even a Steelers fan and I know that is bs... haters going to hate.. lol offensive P.I. umm ok lol The guy is the most targeted WR in the entire leugue so I'm pretty sure you'll be able to provide plenty of evidence of that "push off" Please provide it. Antonio Brown isn't even known for that.. neither is Hopkins We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today! He's good but, he does push off on occasion. It helped him on a TD vs. House in JAX, and the broadcast crew I listened to Sunday called him out for it twice vs. The Jets. That said - I don't know about 'absurd amount.' And lots of good receivers will get a hand on the other guys hip when they think they can get away with it.
Imagine that.... a Houston fan thinks his guy is the best...
JJ Watt for MVP, amirite?
Hopkins has been one of the best in the NFL. Robinson is good but he's not quite on Hopkins level.

If only he could learn that super secret "Have the NFL tell the refs to never throw a flag when you push off" technique, he'd really be unstoppable. We show less advertisements to registered users. It's what Michael Irvin made a living off of. Like them or not, all the greats mastered such techniques as to not get called for the advantages they took away from opponents. I really like Hopkins. He flashes of someone special. If he were to get his head on straight (I don't think he's the sharpest tool in the shed), I think he could be one of the all time greats. That, and he needs his team to find/settle on a long term QB quickly. But then, when you're "the guy" like Hopkins is - you'll be fed no matter who's arm it comes from.
