Why isn't anyone interviewing Mike Smith for the head coach job? The Falcons were the #1 seed in the NFC one year. When he got the Falcons job, he turned a 4-12 team into a playoff team and was named Coach of the Year. But nobody is even naming him as a candidate even though the current trend is toward defensive coaches.
