I think most of the Luck backlash is simply from him being over hyped. Lucks a good QB, but he is talked about by the talking heads like he is an elite QB which he is not. He might be? Or he may stay in the Matt Ryan range which is certainly good. I think it'll be a telling year for him. Will he start to pull away or stay where he is this year?

You pretty much described the majority of Colts fans. Sure, the media hypes Luck to the hilt, but he has carried a rebuilt team so far. Most Colts fans see that Luck has room, and the tools to advance. He is in no way elite right now, and neither is Bortles, but you can see the way they never stop looking down field that they have what it takes to achieve elite status, especially with more complimentary pieces around them. The O-Line has been fairly bad in Indy, and the running game has left a lot of pressure all on Luck. I think this season will answer a lot of questions for both the Jaguars, and the Colts. Will they progress? We shall see, but I don't see either team regressing a lot ... barring key injuries 

 

 

Richardson? Sure Colts fans wish they could take that one back, but that doesn't mean he couldn't advance. This will be his season, if he doesn't look better this season, then a lot of Colts fans will be all in on cutting our loss. Richardson had his rookie season, and then his trade season. This will be his 2nd season in the same system. I personally don't feel he will progress enough, but you kind of have to give a player 2 seasons, so I will bite my tongue.

You mean when KC were absolutely smashing you guys and they had a ridiculous run of injuries during the game and by some magical coincidence the Colts made a big comeback? No fortune there at all...

 

Good fortune can happen in individual games you realise?  

 

And for the millionth time, Luck was the best QB in the division last season, you have no arguements from me. You guys were also the best team in the division, but in any other division you guys wouldn't make the playoffs (in my opinion) which is helped by your 5-5 non division record. You are a so-so kind of team.

 

If it was 2015 I would happily bet however much money you like that you guys won't make the playoffs, heck I even would this season but the AFC south is still terrible and we may be starting Henne

You also do realize the Colts beat that same team, completely healthy AT KC a few weeks prior, right? It's not like KC is/was a better team than the Colts and we just got lucky that game. We showed that we could beat them.

 

And yes, I do realize you can get lucky during a course of game. But to claim we always get lucky and that's the only reason we're successful? Not a good look for you. Also, completely irrational.
