He should be in the HOF.  If it were not for the early "fragile Fred" games he missed he would of def been there.  If he does not get in the early Injuries are the only reason because he was good enough to be top 10 if not have the rushing title.

There are modern era backs in the HOF right now that Freddie is better than, Bettis being one of them. Bettis simply wasn't as good as Freddie-T. I could list a few more. It is a shame he didn't get the credit he deserves.
