Did Garbage Time Save Gus?

What the hell are you talking about?  We've been patient for 9 years!  People knew after the first season he was trash, and we waited until the second season to confirm it.

Quote:Khan won't admit he was wrong but not firing Gus last year.

Khan will find some angle to appease the fans, ie, fire Olson.

Personally, I'd be more disgusted if Khan fires Olson and not Gus. It's clear where this garbage team and mentality starts from. Gus needs to go, if for no other reason than to try to salvage the young players' mentally.

So to answer the OP's question.... Yes.

Bradley is the Obama of the NFL...terrible for 4 years, rehired for another 4 year disaster...

How is Gus Bradley leaning on Greg Olson?

Gus has already leaned on canning his assistants enough. It's clear where the problem is. Don't insult my intelligence and tell me it's a coordinator that's the problem and not Gus again.

PFT wrote an article about Blake Bortles'  history of compiling stats in the 4th QTR.    How much of this relates to Bortles compared to other factors is a question that immediately comes to mind that could shape the Jaguars organization for a long time to come.

Agreeing with MJF and your massive post count of 63 in 2 years shows your whopping contribution to this forum and this franchise in general. It was pretty cool how you switched from being a Falcons fan to a Jaguar fan, because that is normal to switch teams after all. You and MJF are made for each other.

Why not can Gus now? Sure, it won't save this season. And there might not be anyone capable of stepping in and righting the ship. But it will let other potential coaches know that the position is available so that can prepare. Cut the dead weight. Keeping Gus solves nothing.

Honestly...   you don't think everyone knows he is gone in 9 weeks?

So, garbage time did in-fact save Gus. I am guessing that if TEN hadn't gone into the prevent D to start the 2nd half, things may be different today.
