Week 7 Games Of Interest

Quote:Oh, I completely agree with that. I am much more interested I the East with both Ohio State and Michigan.

When it comes to a Big 10 Championship game though, it kind of stinks that both OSU and MICH can't both be in it.

It is still possible that either one will have to face Wisconsin again. If Wisconsin makes it, they know they can play (and possibly win) against either of those teams in a rematch.

Nebraska, Iowa, and Wisconsin have a real race to the title game going on too.

Wisconsin couldn't move the ball against our defense and I don't forsee that changing.

That is why I was surprised Wisconsin easily moved the ball against my team's defense.

Michigan has a better defense than Ohio St.

Ohio St. has the better offense.

Quote:You just don't want to understand what I said about him. I always said LDR would not be the starter if anybody else on the roster was better than him. There is no way you can twist that to mean I called him a good QB.

Which is still incorrect though.

I'm not sure I can envision anyone beating Bama after watching the games this weekend.

Ohio State did not look very good.

Edit:  UCF goes into the half 25 to 7 and decides to go into shut down mode to run the clock out.  Temple keeps creeping up. It looks like UCF has it sealed up and they get it back with about 30 seconds. UCF plays defense like the Jaguars did of the past two years with soft coverage where the guys play 5 to 7 yards off and next thing you know they are on the 10 with 10 seconds left.  The rest is history.  Game over, loss.  Hopefully this young coaching staff learned something from this one.

Don't worry, I know the feeling of following a team that sucks. Michigan sucked for like 6 of the 7 years pre-Harbaugh.

Hail, if I cared about your opinion I would tell you.  With the athletic budget that Michigan has its astounding that they were bad for one year let alone for how long it lasted.

To be as immature as to come on the board and put a cupcake after a post about someone talks about a loss for their school says a lot about your character, and I'm fine with that.  You are here purely to annoy people, and nothing else.

You cared enough to respond to him.

Lol, I'm not sure how responding to him shows how I care about his opinion.

Being bad sucked. Being good again is fun.

Do you enjoy being a cupcake game for good teams?

I enjoy the process of what a program like UCF has to go through and I also enjoy the hope that we will become a consistent team and win constantly.  I also hope that joining a BCS conference helps with recruiting because without that you're at a constant disadvantage against the larger teams.

I also hope that our fan base doesn't get a big head and is so full of themselves that it doesn't have to take pot shots at smaller programs to make themselves feel better.

You're right, I didn't graduate from UCF and play football there and I have zero interest in them to this day.  Thank you for your input.

Edit:  Of the guys here, how many of you actually played for the schools you root for?  Just curious.
