Quote:Taking oil sovereign to another country. Great foreign policy a few hundred years ago. Sack countries and take the spoils (see: any section of The British Museum). The modern world doesn't work that way. ISIS receives funding through the oil trade, oil which they procured after we abandoned a destabilized Iraq. Donald Trump said if we would have guarded the oil, since the Iraqi military obviously cant, then ISIS would have never grown to the level it is today. If we would have never invaded Iraq, and Saddam still controlled the oil, we wouldn't have to worry about a rogue terror organization gaining control. The counter-argument here is that instead of a rogue terror organization, we would have an authoritative dictator in charge, but it is widely debated as to which is worse: Saddam's rule of Iraq with an iron fist, or the extremely violent and international terror organization ISIS. Quote:we invaded the country and bombed the hell out of their capital... his point was "we should not have been there", then next point is "once there, we should at least take something" common senseHa ha ha Your buying this stupid take their oil? He wasn't prepared so he blathered and his supporters love it. Quote:ISIS receives funding through the oil trade, oil which they procured after we abandoned a destabilized Iraq. Donald Trump said if we would have guarded the oil, since the Iraqi military obviously cant, then ISIS would have never grown to the level it is today. No he did not say that or even insinuate that. Quote:Ha ha ha makes more sense than going in, blowing everything up, leaving behind a pile of rubble... ya, that's GREEEEAAAAAT wasn't prepared? he talked about taking the oil like a year ago. this is nothing new
Quote:Ha ha ha What are you buying? Hillary says we won't send ground troops, yet we have ground troops there right now. What do you even want? To keep funding radically "moderate" Muslim organizations to keep the region as unstable as possible? Quote:makes more sense than going in, blowing everything up, leaving behind a pile of rubble... ya, that's GREEEEAAAAATNo he was not. Just as she was over rehearsed. Quote:What are you buying? Hillary says we won't send ground troops, yet we have ground troops there right now. What do you even want? To keep funding radically "moderate" Muslim organizations to keep the region as unstable as possible? I want completely away from the area altogether. Quote:Shocking that this how you saw it Is it? I can be objective. If Hillary had been relaxed and confident I would have said so. But that's difficult for her, and her own people admit she doesn't have natural leadership qualities like her husband did. She has a defensive paranoia which undermines the ability to convey her message.
Quote:No he did not say that or even insinuate that. Bro, he said those exact words. He would have left ground troops to guard the oil, which would have put a halt on the growth of ISIS. You were listening, right? Quote:What are you buying? Hillary says we won't send ground troops, yet we have ground troops there right now. What do you even want? To keep funding radically "moderate" Muslim organizations to keep the region as unstable as possible? ya but dont take oil. just use the CIA, drone strikes, piss everybody off, then leave behind a pile of crap for angry jihadists to clean up and vow a life of revenge against us. that's much better. Quote:No he was not. Just as she was over rehearsed. then voting Hillary makes absolutely 0 sense. she is a puppet for the banks who want central banks in these countries. she's there to stay. there is no getting out of this business. look up which countries did not have central banks before Libya and Syria debacles. When I got in she was on her last question that Lauer kept trying to interrupt. But I can't see how you can say Donald did well.well I don't think he did anything to hurt his base he did not come across anyone closely prepared to become President of the United States. I saw it was a guy who intends to follow up these debates in the same manner as he performed in the primaries. Whether that's a winning tactic or losing tactic is still to be determined. I would like to think that the American people want some substance from both of these candidates.
Quote:I want completely away from the area altogether. I'm tired of fighting the same fight that has been going on for 2000 years. I agree with this 100%, but unfortunately, as a society, we believe it is our moral responsibility to protect the citizens of that region from terror. Every time we intervene, it gets worse. This is part of the reason, whether you believe it or not, that I prefer Trump's position of removing ISIS (since it's danger is already ingrained in the minds of the populace) then getting the flub out. Don't mess with Assad, don't mess with their governments, just leave. No more nation building, no more nuclear deals with terror states like Iran. It has to end. Further I want this ridiculous Reagan war on drugs to end immediately. Right there is your bloody tax cut you all want.

Was that before or after trump said we needed to get the hell out of Iraq? Lol!! Oh you guys... We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
I think Joshua was right. War is a strange game. The best move is not to play.
Only a chump boos the home team!
Quote:I think Joshua was right. War is a strange game. The best move is not to play. How about Chess? Nice reference Quote:As libertarian I want a leader that recognizes the authoritarian stances of one of the largest oppressers in modern times and not try and paint him as a strong leader. You want to start WWIII with Russia? I'll sign up for the infantry right after you.
The biggest reveal from last night is that after 18 months since the press conference at the U.N. they still don't have an answer for the E-mail question. Now we have the excuse of "Headers" being added to classify information. That negates the simple truth that as SOS or in correspondance with foreign leaders she can ORIGINATE classified information.
Meaning, that if she writes the nuclear codes down on a piece of paper, just because the header ferry hasn't marked it yet doesn't make it any less classified or aleviate her of her responsibility to protect said information. The damning thing from the FBI document dump is that the "most qualified person in history to be president of the united states" can't remember ever having a briefing on classified information in her 35 years of federal service including 8 as first lady and testified that she could not determine what should and should not be classified. She further went on to say that she did not recognize portion markings that she herself has originated in seperate occasions with her signature. THIS IS A MESS! Quote:then voting Hillary makes absolutely 0 sense. she is a puppet for the banks who want central banks in these countries. she's there to stay. there is no getting out of this business. look up which countries did not have central banks before Libya and Syria debacles. Bingo. Iraq was invaded because Saddam threatened to sell oil for Euros instead of dollars, which would have undermined the dollar's monopoly for international trade. Gaddafi wanted to establish a gold dinar for Africa, which would have done the same thing.
Quote:Further I want this ridiculous Reagan war on drugs to end immediately. Right there is your bloody tax cut you all want. We agree 100% on this issue. |
