Meh, we kinda did that last year.  Drafted a linebacker to fill a role we've never seen work as designed yet.

I'm trying to prepare myself for someone unexpected...Tunsil or Buckner. I wouldn't be upset with either because both are great players. But drafting Floyd at #5 would be upsetting.

Who was the best player last year? Many thought fowler was. And it makes even more sense we took him based on how our pass rush last year and the lack of edge rushers this year.

Yes arguably, but how was fowler a mistake? We haven't even seen him play. If he is as good as he is projected he will provide more of an impact than Williams from position alone. Not by a big margin but it definitely wasn't a mistake pick based on BAP.

Last year, Leonard Williams was that guy. This year draft Ramsey, Bosa or Jack and we'll be good. Pick someone else and we have a problem.
