Bortles matched Mariota's production lol

I guess I wasn't the only one who wasn't that impressed with his garbage time stat padding. Here's a good bit from rotoworld:

"Blake Bortles completed 23-of-33 passes for 303 yards, four touchdowns, and an interception in Sunday's Week 5 loss to the Bucs.

He added one carry for 21 yards. The stats are good, but Bortles continued to make bad reads and look skittish in the pocket, taking six sacks. Bortles hit Allen Hurns on a 12-yard slant for Jacksonville's first touchdown. He connected with Allen Robinson for two scores and threw a red-zone TD to T.J. Yeldon. Bortles has 1,299 yards through five weeks, but is completing 57 percent of his passes. Bortles is a low-end streaming option against Houston in Week 6."

Where are the getting "skittish in the pocket"? Most of the sacks were jail breaks. Bortles had no time to be skittish.

Garbage time stat padding? LOL. I don't see anything pointing to Bortles playing like crap.

We didn't get blown out like the Pats game where the game was essentially over...

Two can play at this game, and oh wait, this "analysis" seems to be worse. To help you out, I used the same source.

"Marcus Mariota completed 21-of-32 passes for 187 yards and an interception Week 5 against the Bills.

He led the Titans with 47 yards on five carries. Mariota struggled as a passer in this one, routinely throwing the ball into tight coverage and underthrowing several deep plays. His interceptions was an ill-advised deep shot on a failed game-winning drive in the fourth quarter. On the bright side, Mariota finally showed what he could do with his legs against Buffalo. The rookie was always expected to have ups and downs, but his play has been more positive than negative through four games. A quarter of the way through his rookie campaign, Mariota is on pace for 4,080 yards, 32 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. He will be worth streaming consideration next week against the Dolphins. "

I don't think roto-world actually watches the entire game...

Also that bad reads line is hilarious considering BB5 had a 70% completion rate and 9 yards per attempt!!!!

have you read rotoworld write ups on bortles? they literally hate him with a passion. it's kind of weird. wouldn't surprise me if baconbutt were one of their writers.

But to say Bortles played like garbage is ASININE Wolfie...

No one is saying that they played the Bucs better than we did. Hell yeah they whooped the Bucs and we didn't.

But, when some farmer from Tennessee takes illegitimate shots and spews out fallacies, you bet your butt I will call you out on it.
