Caldwell knows a players worth and sticks to it. Exact reason why we didn't land Murray. (Which in hindsight is great) I do agree a few more games of consistency are needed. Though I feel like he wouldn't test FA and get a deal done after the season ends anyway. Players seem to want to stay around Bradwell
