Bortles is going to be a franchise QB. He's got a lot to learn. He's 23 frickin years old. But the Jags constantly move the ball downfield with him. Having a better OL would be helpful too.

Yes they are. He's got a sweet deep pass. He needs to work on his short game, especially in the RZ. But he did throw a TD to JT in the RZ.
