Former number one overall pick. 4 - 6 in the post season. Was voted to the pro bowl four times during his 14 year career. 1x MVP. Never led the NFL any regular season in passing yardage nor passing touchdowns.

This is despite of playing with guys like Julio Jones, Tony Gonzalez, etc. In a dome, nine times a year.

He'll forever be remembered as the QB that blew it in epic fashion on the greatest stage in the worst loss in Superbowl history. He's overrated. Sorry, not sorry. Atlanta should have done this years ago instead of waiting until now to trade him.

He's a very, very poor man's Peyton Manning.

I never claimed he was some elite talent. Pretty solid resume if you ask me though. Rarely had a decent defense to pair with the offenses that produced while he was QB. Pro bowl is a joke. And I don't think HE blew it in the SB. Shanahan, the defense, everyone shares blame for the 28-3 fiasco. I also think the whole dome thing you keep repeating is a bit overblown.

Laviska seems to be on the trade block. The Chiefs are rumored to be interested.

I really hope we don't trade Viska. https://twitter.com/AdamSchefter/status/...53B2rHVwKg

That is a desperation move. MVS is a straight line runner with poor route running skills who can't seem to separate when he faces jams at the line of scrimmage. He is a broke man's version of Tyreek Hill. Not even a poor man's version.

If they offer a 3rd rounder got Viska they better take it and don't look back. Anything lower we might as well keep him.

He ate two sacks, back to back around the 50 yard line in that 2nd half collapse in the Superbowl. That could have potentially led to points. His career is solid. Not arguing that.

My argument is that he's overrated. I don't think he would have cut it in a city like Green Bay, Baltimore, Kansas City, etc. Playing inside a dome has a tremendous benefit. No elements to contest with. Your receiver benefits as well, etc.

Whatever. You say tomato and I say potato. That's the beauty of opinions. Cheers!

Debatable. He hasn't played on a winning team in four years. His numbers look good during the regular season, probably because he plays eight home games inside a dome and a ninth game in a dome in New Orleans.

Matt Ryan is overrated. Always has been. He's a slightly older version of Kirk Cousins at this point in his career.

Willing to bet Wentz goes on to have a better year than Ryan in 2022 and Washington sneaks into the play-off's.

That's a bet I'd take....if I were a betting man.

I woudn't trade him. Don't trust the drafting and he has flashed in the past.

Fans deserve better. Thanks for all the good times too many are in the past.

Nope, they would be a fool to trade him. 1) He is on a rookie contract 2) Any offensive minded coach would find a way to utilize him 3) Last year in this cesspool of a team everyone stuck up the place because of shitmister Meyers.

Lol my buddy had a bet on i think my bookie, when we played the packers (last year or the year before cannot remember) and it was something like, score a TD and have 150+ yards, he bet like 10$ and woulda won 2k if it happened and MVS had 149 yards 1 td XD. was 1 yard off.

I'd trade him for a 2nd or higher in a heart beat and laugh my way into the draft. Theres gonna be guys going past round 3 more talented than laviska.

Coach Urban Meyer did not take a base ball to any of the receiver's hands. Our crap wrs dropped the ball fair and square. I dont want to hear emotional abuse killed the hands.

Stop caping for him dude. It makes you look like the biggest Urban homer.

Agreed. One rough season with drops doesn't mean he sucks or that we should trade away a player at a position we're not exactly deep at.

Rookie contract, big play potential... I say we give him another season with Trevor. But I will admit if we got an offer for a late first round pick or early second it would be tough to pass on. Anything less and we're cutting bait for no reason to draft who knows what...

I wouldn't trade him for anything less than a 3rd

All of you talking about a 1-3 for Viska are crazy. Robert Woods was traded for a 6.

Happens every time. Calais traded for a 5th. Myles Jack cut.

I dont know the details of that trade but did Wood's have a huge contract they had to unload on someone? Also Woods is going on season 10, no spring chicken. Also only 2 1k yard seasons in his career and last season wasn't anything special.

Now I'm not saying Viska is worth a first. I'm saying we keep him, he's cheap and has big play potential and if he doesn't pan out we can let him walk or cut him later. But if we trade a former 2nd rounder on his rookie contract after 1 season plagued by drops for peanuts it just doesn't make sense imo.

Cap casualties mostly. Although pretty sure none of us wanted Calais traded that season
