Our coaching staff is just really bad. I never get the vibe that they know what they're doing, and there's just no guidance. Go watch another football team and see how they operate on the side-lines, and how they communicate to their players. We have Gus "deer in the headlights" Bradley, and a terrible DC that likes ice cream zones.
