Said that earlier. Every week it's a "first". Pretty wild considering how awful some of the teams have been here over the years and the fact that they're somehow competitive and in these games late. ![]() Sent from my SM-S906U using Tapatalk ![]() "What do I know of cultured ways, the gilt, the craft and the lie? Can't take away turnovers - Foye's stupid penalty taking away Lloyd's INT.
Can't have costly turnovers - ETN cost us points. Would have been 1st and Goal at their 5 yard line. Can't take points away from yourself - Should have challenged the Kirk spot it was a 1st down, but you have to kick that FG. Kick that FG and we only need a FG at the end of the game to tie it for OT. The Defense was awful again today, but ultimately those above are what really cost us the game. They potentially left 10 points off the board and we lost by 6. The refs screwing us sure didn't help either. Definitely some sketchy officiating today.
Today was my first Jaguars home game. I can’t believe how many Giants fans there were. Was that normal?

Not typical but some teams bring more than others and as fewer and fewer Jags fans show up at the games over the years, the visitors stand out more.
I'm condescending. That means I talk down to you.

He was barely on the field today, which is one of the biggest question marks of the day. I know ETN was cookin, but it was like Meyer was back with the way they treated J Rob today. He was the RB on the field when they ran the QB sneak twice for the TD. Just a weird scene overall. The range of outcomes for todays game based on gameflow were jags lose close, jags win close or jags win big. Obviously we lost close which is a tough pill to swallow given another week of self inflicted wounds.
Best of luck to the giants the rest of the way. I can’t help but feeling like they’re headed to the playoffs but will be bounced out in the 1st round. They for real outnumbered us in the stands today. I’ve seen 50/50 crowds. Not sure I’ve ever seen 60/40 in favor of the opposition though. They’re supporting their winning team well though. At the game they kept trotting him back and forth onto the field. They were trying to confuse NYs defense but he was always trotted off. On the radio they were citing a comment by some team official who said they were looking out for JRobs health without going into details. It leads me to believe his Achilles is acting up. Especially in close games and when it's clearly effective in the game. Pederson can't seem to get out of his own way at times. There's just no reason for Lawrence to drop back 40 or more times per game. 20 - 25 times is adequate in these games and they should be using his legs just like Jones did today for the Giants. Robinson had no carries today as well. Which is just disrespectful. Sent from my SM-S906U using Tapatalk (10-23-2022, 07:02 PM)Eric1 Wrote:If true.
