The Jags aren't going to take the 1st overall pick next year.   They need too many holes fixed.    I'd easily move back to the 7th or 8th pick, grab the best Olineman, pick two solid players in the 2nd round (once we fire Baalke and a compitent GM is making the pick).

There's a chance that there would be a desperate team that wants the #1 pick.  If we just tank from here on out, I think we can pick up 2 or 3 immediate starters.  But it's all about the tank.  Sit Lawrence for the rest of the season and let the suck get us the prime pick.  

Then hire a GM and a HC that really want to work.  Houston is obviously not going to be dominant.  We can own this division for years to come with the proper coaching and player managment.
