Your email attachment was not downloaded when I clicked on Download Now. All I have is the original image in My Pictures. That has never happened before. Apparently I need to resize it myself.

 

 

 

OK, let's take this step-by-step.

 

First of all, what web browser are you using?

 

Second of all, I am assuming that you use Window$ since you referred to "My Pictures".  I would bet that you probably have a "Downloads" directory on your computer.  I'm guessing that the photo in your "My Pictures" directory is the original photo that you sent me.  I'll bet that the resized photos that I sent you are probably in your "Downloads" folder "C:\\users\username\downloads" or something like that.

 

Let me know what version of Window$ that you are using and I can tell you exactly how to find your downloads.

 

As a side note.  The reason that I use the "$" character when I refer to Window$ is because it's pretty stupid to pay for an Operating System when you can get one for free.  I personally have been using Linux for the past 20 years.

I have Windows 10 and was referring to what they call Photo Gallery. Yes, it has a Downloads folder. I will check there.

 

You just gave me an idea for a new thread topic: operating systems. I always used Windows because it was what I learned in high school and college. I had Apples when I was a kid, but could not do anything with them except type. Mom does not have all the buttons and links I do on mine so when I tell her to look at something online, she can't. So for me it is M@c!
