There is no risk involved.  You walk into any precinct in California and say, "I am Juan Valdez and I am here to vote."  Then you vote.  No ID required.  Then go to the next precinct and do the same thing.

I was registered in Indiana I moved and when I got my license I registered here how does Indiana find out that I registered in another state? They didn't till I called them and notified them. For a time period I was registered in two states.


Election boards are not trolling the obituaries. Your love ones would be required to make sure they notify the election board if you should pass away otherwise there will be dead people register to vote.

Should the government "take control" of federal elections?  Not really.  It should be left up to the states.  However, the federal government should mandate that the states adhere to certain rules/guidelines starting with positive ID.  I would love to see the election of senators go back to the states rather than the population as designed in The Constitution.

Absolutely have zero issue with an investigation. It is of my opinion that it's a waste of time. The amount of voter fraud has zero effect on the election and the perpetrators are usually caught and punished accordingly.


Even the Republican controlled Congress isn't buying it.
