Would you trade Bortles for #1 pick in 2015?

If Bortles was coming out this year, yes. Based on what we've learned since the draft, no. One in the hand is worth two in the bush and all that.

If Bortles and Jameis came out this year....I would only take Jameis if Jimbo came as his offensive coordinator. Jimbo has turned Jameis into a good player, and Jameis does take coaching well. Quote:Damn. Did Jameis bang your girl or something? You are really mad.Nope. He just acts in a way i don't want to see supported by fans $s. He's a crook and a dirtbag.
Quote:Lol, whatever makes you feel better. Overall, he had a terrible game.It was a tale of two halves. Mainly because auburn was picking up on what FSU was calling on offense in the first half. Once FSU realized it they screened the calls with towels and auburn was shut out the second half. Bottom line no one in college football has been able to beat JW, love him or hate him you have to respect the talent. Quote:Nope. He just acts in a way i don't want to see supported by fans $s. I just dont think he's in the same realm or level of Blake Bortles. Bortles elevated a mid level team to winning a BCS game. He made them better individually. Jameis makes FSU better, just on a smaller level. Quote:Except I never once said I don't respect his talent or even that I hate him. I just dont think he's in the same realm or level of Blake Bortles. So you don't think Jameis could have led UCF to a BCS Bowl? You must think Jared Zabransky would be on Blake's level too.
Can't wait until this clown's in jail so we don't have to hear about him anymore.
Quote:Can't wait until this clown's in jail so we don't have to hear about him anymore. You bring nothing to this conversation but hate, we get it if you can't beat him hate him. Anyone who doesn't think this kid won't be drafted first QB in the NFL draft is just pushing an agenda or too biased. He's the best player in college football and rejuvenated the FSU program back to prominence. If you believe it's the game plan or jimbo's coaching just getting this team through, why dont you watch the Clemson game this year when JW was suspended and see how well that offense moved. Even without the red flags it was possible that mariota would be drafted before him. After all of the off field stuff, its all but certain that jameis is not the first QB off the board.
Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."
Would you trade Bortles for Andrew Luck straight up, right now?
It's a simple yes or no answer based on what you have seen from both so far.
I survived the Gus Bradley Error.
Quote:Would you trade Bortles for Andrew Luck straight up, right now? if it was me, from what i can see, i would PROBABLY do it. if it was the coaches, its probably different, because they know a lot more of what he is capable of and what he might do in the future than we do. (or so we hope)

Quote:if it was me, from what i can see, i would PROBABLY do it. We have 1 vote for yes. I'm just curious what the posters in here would do, that's all. I'm not trying to start a big debate, just asking a simple question, that's all.

Quote:Would you trade Bortles for Andrew Luck straight up, right now? OOPS, I might have picked a bad time to ask the above question.

Quote:Would you trade Bortles for Andrew Luck straight up, right now? You'd be crazy not to, yes
Quote:I'd take Mariota over Blake I wouldn't. I'd take Derek Carr over Mariota.
I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

Hate to say it, but when it comes to FSU football, its the same as what BigJohn brings...just in reverse.
