Sorry, but I think anyone trying to have Blake figured out after four flipping NFL starts is out of their mind.  It's utterly absurd. 

 

He's a rookie with lots, and lots of promise and a line that is just beginning to figure out how to give him time on maybe half of his drop-backs.  

 

He hasn't established any trend, and no one is ruining him.  I think its mind-numbingly silly to think these things.  

 

The kid is fine.  And he's probably gonna' be a really good QB for this team for a long, long time.

He might be at some point.  He looks the part, right?  

 

Expecting him to have consistent success gun-slinging it with 6 or 7 rookies starting on offense is ridiculous though  - and I don't blame Blake or the OC if they limit the shots downfield.  They are still trying it 5 or 6 times per game anyway. 

 

(that pass to Lee yesterday for 22 yds or so was a great intermediate throw, BTW.  Hoping we see more of that)

Two of the interceptions were because the receivers, Shorts and Shoelace, did not aggressively finish the route. They pulled up and let the defender cut inside of them for the pick.
