I look at Caldwell and see tens of millions of dollars wasted on blown free agents, 4 consecutive top 5 picks, 75 percent of which have looked like busts for the most part. No GM ever selected in the top 5 five years running, yet here we are, led by everybody's damn golden boy.

I agree. Even though Tom Coughlin himself said that he would be open to running a team, I won't believe till NFL.com reports. Tom Coughlin isn't very reliable when it comes to Tom Coughlin news.

Had tyree not caught the ball with his helmit. Giants would of not won one of them.  I respect Tom and did an awesome job here.  But I also was a teen at the time not 37. 

 

The guy will be 71 years old. That factor has to come into play.

The "too old" thing is ridiculous. You guys just voted in a guy who is OLDER than Tom Coughlin as your president. 

 

They didn't win the Superbowl by luck at all. They got lucky on one play but you have to be in that position for a lucky play to come off.

 

Coughlin would be a fantastic hire but he will probably wind up coaching the Bills and will push the Patriots for the AFC East next year while we're still bottom feeding with Kyle Shanahan or some other bum.
