Missing Malaysian Airlines Plane
|
Missing airliner may have flown on for 7 hours KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia — Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak said Saturday that a missing passenger jet was steered off course after its communications systems were intentionally disabled and could have potentially flown for seven additional hours. In the most comprehensive account to date of the plane’s fate, Najib drew an ominous picture of what happened aboard Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, saying investigators had determined there was “deliberate action by someone on the plane.” http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/jet-...print.html ![]() We show less advertisements to registered users. Now a criminal investigation due to evidence the plane was intentionally diverted by a pilot or hijacker.

This is terrible. If god forbid this plane is in the hands of terrorist and those terrorist have access to weapons of mass destruction they now have a way to transport it and use it.
Thoughts and prayers go out to the people aboard and their families.

Methinks if a terrorist organization or state sponsored terrorism wanted a plane for that reason that bad, they could have gotten one a lot sooner than this and through other measures than having to do this. Plus, you are assuming it didn't crash. Quote:Methinks if a terrorist organization or state sponsored terrorism wanted a plane for that reason that bad, they could have gotten one a lot sooner than this and through other measures than having to do this. One would think. But on that same token Al Qaeda has been in operation for decades and it took them years to devise a plan to hijack the planes used in 9/11. All evidence is pointing to a hijack. If the plane they large would have crashed there would be some evidence of that considering the massive hunt going on with dozens of aircraft and ships from multiple countries. There is a possibility but that possibility is dwindling every minute new evidence is discovered.

A potential Hijack.
1. The hijackers and/or pilots flew the plane up to 45,000 do induce hypoxia and off the passengers 2. They then flew under neath radars to their destination I am guessing that this is the doing of a nation state, only a country could provide the resources and the training to pull this off. At first I was thinking a crash (Ockam's razor), but the longer the search takes (and no sign at all of a crash, even a vertical crash) Things are smelling funny Wouldn't doubt the plain is being refitted with new communication devices and being stocked with potental nuclear and/or biological weapons That is the worst case scenario ******I just hope its just a simply hijacking and the families get their loved ones back****

Easiest way to get a jumbo jet is to hijack it, make it seem like it crashed into the Indian ocean and hide it away somewhere for several months to a year and refit it how necessary We show less advertisements to registered users. What do you mean by suspicious purchases? Most nations have airlines and can purchase planes at any time. Or they could use a military plane. Why not just use one of your own or buy one? Why go through all the hassle of doing a high jacking, with all it's potential of failure?

Also transactions of such transportation seldom goes unnoticed. We (the US) have the most sophisticated surveillance equipment on the face of the planet, even a sublime transaction even between to state actors (who are not our allies) could get picked up by our intelligence agencies. A hijacking takes a potential transaction off the grid. Terrorists/nation states tied to terrorists groups aren't concerned with "potential of failure", they just want to get the ball in the goal once Quote:So now it really matters who was in this plane and who wanted them taken where? The two passengers with stolen passports have been vetted by interpol. From their background checks - It was determined that they were most likely smugglers - not terrorists. Not definite - but that's where it stands... Obviously there may have been other passengers w/o the red flags that could have been something other than what they appeared to be. Quote:The two passengers with stolen passports have been vetted by interpol. smugglers makes sense, wasn't this plane going into china? they might have been trying to smuggle in goods. I dunno just such an odd story, every where I read it's being accepted this plane was taken off course on purpose. I'm not sure I buy the whole terrorist have it to make a mobile bomb but someone took this plane and they're not asking for ransom yet? We show less advertisements to registered users. They probably wanted to get to Europe and request asylum there. Quote:They had tickets to Europe, Beijing was just a stop over. They probably wanted to get to Europe and request asylum there. Where was the plane coming from?
Quote:Where was the plane coming from?Malaysia, which a largely Islamic country. Iranian citizens have a lot of trouble getting visas to Europe, getting to Malaysia is a lot easier. Most likely they got the fake passports in Iran, traveled to Malaysia before buying one way tickets to Europe using the fake passports. Quote:Malaysia, which a largely Islamic country. Quote:The fact that these two pilots allowed passengers in the cockpit on a previous flight is unsettling. It's definitely a weak spot to be exploited. Quote:Without knowing much about this I wonder if the plane had a diplomat or something that was taken hostage? <a class="bbc_url" href='http://says.com/my/news/family-members-of-passengers-onboard-missing-mas-flight-mh370'>http://says.com/my/news/family-members-of-passengers-onboard-missing-mas-flight-mh370</a> ^^the captain, crew and passengers <a class="bbc_url" href='http://www.wired.com/autopia/2014/03/mh370-electrical-fire/'>http://www.wired.com/autopia/2014/03/mh370-electrical-fire/</a> ^^This is what I believe Quote:<a class="bbc_url" href='http://says.com/my/news/family-members-of-passengers-onboard-missing-mas-flight-mh370'>http://says.com/my/news/family-members-of-passengers-onboard-missing-mas-flight-mh370</a> Good read an electrical fire is plausible and would explain the rapid climb and then drop. Of all the theory's I've seen that article seems the most likely. But now they're saying the turn around was per programmed in the navigation maybe that's just a glitch they're seeing caused by an electrical fire?

A satellite spotted two objects in the southern Indian Ocean that could be related to the disappearance of Flight 370, Australian authorities said Thursday in what they called "the best lead we have" in the search. ![]() |
