It didn't seem to be an issue behind his lineman at Texas AM.

I wasn't surprised that Manziel is under 6'0 feet, though I didn't think he would weight over 200 lb.

As for Teddy, I wasn't surprised at all. Everyone who is associated with Louisville football team has been saying he was working his butt off to prepare for the combine. I could definitely see him at 220 once the season starts.

I'm still set that Clowney/Bridgewater are the only two I am comfortable with at pick 3.  If both are gone I hope for at least one trade down.  Trade down as far as possible.

However I pray somehow Teddy and Clowney aren't both gone.

From what I gathered reading combine info, which I always interpret incorrectly, the texans will take Bortles/Manziel and Atlanta will trade up for Clowney leaving teddy for us.

I would be thrilled with that.

More on topic.

Kelvin Benjamin measuring in at 6'5" 240 pounds...that's a large WR.   Mike Evans came in at 6'4 3/4 and 231.

not at all when you are playing a gimmicky system where you are always in the shotgun....one read and run.
If that RV sales place wants Tebow in Jax bad enough to take out a billboard saying as much.....they should just HIRE him.

Who are the people who said TB is not 6'2"?

I remember that scouting report that said he was "smallish". Ya ok.

At that size, he could play tight end.

The biggest knock on Benjamin in his blocking so no.

He will run a high 4.5 put him outside and let him dominate. He needs a little work but his potential is off the charts

Looks like teddy is over 200 and has 9"+ hands. Interesting that Manzial also has pretty large hands and is just under 6'. I have no size issues with either of them. I'd say they're my 1 and 2 choices right now.

It doesn't really matter a lot for QBs, but Teddy has the second longest wingspan of any QB after Logan Thomas.

Speaking of Thomas, he is quickly becoming the only developmental QB that I would want. His total physical package is unmatched in the NFL right now I'd gamble on him learning how to be a QB 2-3 years down the road over QB purgatory everybody else.

Why is the measurements thread being hijacked by the Teddy people?

Why is every thread being hijacked by Teddy people come to think of it....

Sure is a lot of Teddy posting going on. Teddy. Teddy. Teddy.

How about some measurements?

I am not going to make any more height predictions in future combines because I was wrong about Johnny Manziel.

If he was not measured in the morning, Manziel actually was correct because gravity makes people shorter in the afternoon. (Fun fact: astronauts grow taller in space.) A player's official measurement is also without shoes, so he can always say, "Six feet with my cleats on." For those reasons, I hope whoever drafts him rounds up to six feet instead of down to 5-11.

Here are some measurements that appear to be for offensive linemen.

He should be our quarterback draft pick. There's little doubt he's going to be a great NFL quarterback. After extensive review, I have to agree with A.J. He deserves much more consideration than the front-runners from far less competitive conferences.

None of them stood a chance of starting at an SEC school. We'll be better off to ignore the unfair and inappropriate pressure being applied by the professional shills.

Quote:Careful JW, Farmer was making a joke. The joke has to do with the relationship between a man's foot size and the size of his genitalia.

It's an old joke, still kind of funny....

Jokes about genitals are inappropriate in a thread that a woman participates in, you know.
