While verbiage won't change for <a class="bbc_url" href='https://twitter.com/hashtag/Jaguars?src=hash'>#Jaguars</a><a class="bbc_url" href='https://twitter.com/hashtag/Jaguars?src=hash'></a> offense, Hackett believes in playing with more speed, tempo. That should help Bortles.

Also, look for Hackett to help Bortles get ball out faster. Tape shows he has been hesitant, too slow to get ball out.

What the heck was he doing then? Isn't that his job to help him do that? This coaching staff XD
