Jalen Ramsey on ejection...

#81

Quote:Malik leaving the stadium after being ejected and driving home is a [BAD WORD REMOVED] move on his part but shows exactly what he thinks of this coaching staff too.

I am still waiting for an official source to report he did leave the stadium.

I like Jalen Ramsey, I like his arrogance.. BUT, I don't like it to this extreme, he's leaving himself wide open to be bullied into making this mistake again at the detriment of the team.

80% of what I talk about is nonesense.. the other 25% is made up statistics...

Quote:Telvin may just point blank refuse to sign a contract.

Who do we have to worry about leaving first? Is there any of our young superstars that their contract is up after this season?

I am definitely worried about Smith and Ramsey bolting if the team doesn't start heading off in the right direction but Ramsey obviously has a little more time.

The team sucks. What's really immature is Caldwell being a stubborn [BLEEP] and continuing to keep people like Bradley and The Joke even though the world knows they're bust. But he won't get rid of them because his ego and pride is telling him he can't be wrong. I find that worse than what Ramsey did or said.

What if it's not Caldwell's fault? What if Calldy wanted to fire Coach Horse Teeth Jerkface but Khan overruled him because he's a man of his word?

Don't know the situation

None of our young guys are up after this season. It's the Joeckel/Cyp draft class that will be FAs so no real loss there.

One of the great things about Tom Coughlin was that he didn't put up with this kind of garbage.  My fear is that Gus has babied these players to the point where he no longer has control over them.

This isn't high school or college. Coughlin put up with a lot of stuff. What was he going to do, give them detention?

You only have so many guys on a roster and you are paid to win games - so you play guys who can be a pain in the behind. Part of the job, and part of the reason many college coaches have a tough time adapting to the NFL.

As a matter of fact Coughlin had to eventually learn to adapt to the NFL. I know a lot of people like that get red in the face and spit on them sort of approach, but you are dealing with adults who can't lose their scholarship. It's a tough job.

The sun's not yellow, it's chicken.

Back on topic, here is an article about the fight and Jalen Ramsey's comments with a video of the play. Apparently Ramsey does not fully understand what personal fouls warrant an ejection. Unfortunately it looks like he started it.

Yes, I understand that coaches put up with a lot of stuff.  But when that player's actions have a direct impact on the outcome of the game, that's a different story.  I'm not as bothered that Ramsey got ejected. What troubles me is that he apparently hasn't learned from it. I put that on the coaches.

We should all be bothered about what he did to get ejected. If you look at the video I posted, it appears Ramsey grabbed Holton's jersey for no reason.

We are all mad because his mind is in the wrong place. He needs to understand it is not OK to grab an opponent's jersey and facemask after a play.
