Not best interior oline.  The best tackle combo in the league.  Becton is the best tackle to come out this year and Sewell is a generational talent at tackle.  They should take Najee Harris in the 2nd and go all defense with the rest of their picks and I could see them a contender in a year or 2 if they get the right coach. They have a good set of WRs

Sorry, I meant best tackle tandem. I long for a solid tackle tandem.

Remember when Eugene Monroe/Eben Britton were supposed to be the bookend tackles for the FUTURE?!?

Monroe had the makings to be a stud. It isn't a coincidence that highly touted 1st round talent turns out to be duds here. A lot of it is coaching.

Lol, neither were a generational tackle prospect and Becton is 6'7" 365.  He has already showed how good he can be and is the best rookie tackle and a mountain of a man.  Its not even close to a good comparison

Searcy and Boselli potential would be better

He’s not saying they’re as good as Becton but just that the Jags thought they had a tackle tandem for the future.

If it wasn’t for Gregg Williams we’d have this thing wrapped up!

I honestly don't see us winning a game even if we play against the other teams backups. We actually just might get Lawrence...

I seriously doubt he will go back.  He already had his 'Senior Day' with the rest of the Clemson true seniors.

He's a good, mature, kid from a small town 5.5 north of Jax. He seems extremely low key and I get the idea he doesn't like the 'bright lights/big city' aspect of NY. I feel he would've been more likely to return for a year if the Jets maintained the number 1 pick. With Jax in the drivers seat, I feel he'd be more amenable to coming here.

Say what? I thought he was from Atlanta. I think he wouldn't have a problem coming to the city, I think he might be concerned about the fact that the Jaguars have been a relative laughingstock of the NFL for the last decade or so. That said, I doubt he'll object to coming here IF he doesn't stay another year at Clemson.

I'm sure he is just dying to break into a market with this type of media..

He has no reason to stay in school. What happens if Detroit gets the #1 pick next year?

Going to big markets is extremely overrated. Lebron went to Cleveland of all places. Never stopped him from getting endorsements.

If Lawerence is as advertised, he will make just as much money if not more in Jacksonville than he would anywhere else.

If Lawrence is as advertised and Jacksonville can match up to his potential, he will own the NFL right alongside Pat in KC.

Exactly. If the Jags secure Lawerence, the HC will be extremely important. We need someone who will help Lawerence reach his potential like Mahomes/Reid, Dabol/Allen....

I'm sure that none of us wants him to stay for his Sr. season praying to be able to select him First overall. We could possibly select him second depending on the Jets selection if they win back that #1 slot and go in a different direction. Who Knows?

Time Will Tell.

This is the way. Might need to have our staring RB go down too.

Saw a tweet where someone pointed out since Marrone has taken over he is 5-2 against the CLOTS, including our only win. I feel like Marrone is going to try and win that last game and then move to New York and be a o line coach for the jets lol.
