The Jets aren't even that bad. Darnold isn't that bad.They will get Sewell and have the best interior line in the NFL. With a HC change and free agency, I can see them winning 7 games next year and only improving from there. They have actually been pretty competitive in a lot of close loses.

Not best interior oline.  The best tackle combo in the league.  Becton is the best tackle to come out this year and Sewell is a generational talent at tackle.  They should take Najee Harris in the 2nd and go all defense with the rest of their picks and I could see them a contender in a year or 2 if they get the right coach. They have a good set of WRs

I feel he would've been more likely to return for a year if the Jets maintained the number 1 pick. With Jax in the drivers seat, I feel he'd be more amenable to coming here.

I think he wouldn't have a problem coming to the city, I think he might be concerned about the fact that the Jaguars have been a relative laughingstock of the NFL for the last decade or so. I'm sure that none of us wants him to stay for his Sr. season praying to be able to select him First overall. We could possibly select him second depending on the Jets selection if they win back that #1 slot and go in a different direction. Who Knows?
