I'm still in favor of bringing negative scoring back, but with some kind of check or balance on it.  Perhaps only mods should have the power.  As I've always said, it should be for, "you're being abusive" or you're off topic" not "I disagree."

But if you just use it for things you disagree with, nothing gets solved. It's a pansy way to go about things. If you disagree, act like an adult and explain why.
