Jags vs Chiefs

I think they're going to have to control the time of possession more than anything to win this game. A good mix of run and pass, but, in particular, the play calling in the passing game is going to be what makes or breaks their chances of success. Do the Jags have any Trap/Wham plays in their arsenal. I don't recall them, but I feel that wrinkle would be a good way to try to "neutralize" or slow Jones. This is essentially the Jags Super Bowl. It’s the best team they’ll face all year and they get a BYE next week. Lay it all out there and who knows, maybe Mahomes slips up a few times.
Pass rush gotta be on point and when a play this there to be made (ummm Cisco drop pick 6), they gotta make it.
You know it's a tough game when even MJD didn't pick us to win, I believe for the first time this season lol.

The more I look into this game the more I like it. Chiefs beat the Chargers at home by 3, the Raiders at home by 1, a TB team that had their whole interior oline out and missing WRs, and the Titans at home in OT. They beat a 3 win Cardinals team without Hopknis and beat up 49ers D with a lot of players missing. They also lost to the Bills and the Colts. They havent even played a young team or a healthy team yet and we are both on top of being hungry. Should be good.
Chiefs run the 3rd most Cover 2 and Trevor typically doesn’t do too well against Cover 2.
Hopefully he can change this week. Big task.
It's frustrating to see the Chargers in the playoffs as of now. A team we whipped handily in their stadium. If the Colts can beat KC, so can we.

I guess we will see if the defense is as bad as some around here think it is. Mahomes is gonna get his regardless of how well we play but maybe they can slow him down enough, the question is can Lawrence start attacking down field and keep us in this one.

I don't think they're as good as the last few years this year and maybe we're not as bad either. We just need to stop them on their first few drives. The longer we can stay in the game the more likely everyone on their side will start to be frustrated, and that definitely includes those in the stands. The only way Campbell gets an interception is if the pass bounces off the receiver he’s locked eyes onto and into his hands.

No doubt, but don’t expect him to snatch the pass out of midair before it reaches the WR because he isn’t looking. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today! Pretty sure three of his four INTs have come from jumping routes while playing zone which allows him to watch the quarterback. He is great at wearing receivers in his hip pocket when he has to man up and run deep, he simply need to learn to watch the receivers hands to know when to turn and play the ball. It's the only flaw in his game, but it can be costly at times.

He’s improving but it’s one of those bad habits that costs points. Davante Adams made his first TD catch while Campbell read the manufacturer’s label on his mouthpiece. Game time temperature in Denver will be in the 40s. Good football weather.

Campbell would honestly be a top 5 CB if he can learn to look for the ball. He sticks to his man like glue. |
