I guess people really wanted Cooper.....

It was mainly Beasley vs Fowler vs Cooper.

And while Cooper was obviously a great prospect, so was Fowler, and if Caldwell had them rated anywhere close, Fowler made the most sense no matter which way you sliced it.


Beasley was clearly rated lower on teams boards despite his "spider charts."


If Fowler plays anywhere near as disruptive as he did in college, we made the right choice.

I think most of the people that wanted Cooper did not expect Hurns to progress the way he did. To be honest, as good as Cooper was for the Raiders. His number are pretty similar to what Hurns did here. 

 

I never really got the Beasley stuff.

 

When I watched Florida when Fowler was there, he seemed like he was always around the ball. A very impressive player. Hopefully he is ready to go this year.

Oh how great it would be if the Titans make the mistake and draft Ramsey over Tunsil and we take Bosa.  Their franchise QB will end the season on IR yet agian.  Fowler-Marks-Jackson-Bosa and the Texans dline 2 times a year.  Yep, they can say bye bye to their franchise QB mwahahaha.  Looks like the fans want the hometown hero instead of protecting their QB haha.   We can only hope they take Ramsey over Tunsil, will be a grave mistake
