I will be mad if Bortles doesn't make the probowl

Quote:Probowl has become such a joke. Now Aaron Rodgers isn't going, and it's not even due to an injury (according to that article).

How many of the top QBs in the league aren't even going to that thing now?

Initial Probowl roster:

Brady (possible Superbowl)

Newton (possible Superbowl)

Palmer (possible Superbowl)

Rodgers (dropped out)

Roethlisberger (likely dropped out)

Wilson (?)

As an alternate, Dalton likely wouldn't play because injury.

Brees and Rivers? Idk about them.

Anyway, at least 4 or maybe 5 of the selected probowl QBs won't even be in it. Other alternates may not even go.

Seriously,, who in the [BAD WORD REMOVED] cares if a QB gets to go because he was good enough to be average (middle of the pack) in the league?! Pitiful.

We're going to end up watching guys like Carr, Fitz, Taylor, Ryan, etc...

What a freaking joke this thing has become.

It's how Garrard got a pro bowl selection.

Bortles won't because he broke his hand, but I could see it happening next season.

20 tds.. 2 missed games 3000 yards passing that don't make sense

Go Jags!
*To stay up for atleast 2 years 3/6/17
2016 draft players I think will be good
  • On the Fournette train, will be best back of his class 3/6/17
  • Lattimore please,  Lockdowns on both sides would be nice
  • Engram at TE and the MJD clone Samaje Perine

It's odd that Taylor got in over Rivers and Brees.

Who did he get in for?

Who else is left that may pull out.  I don't like Bortles' chance over Rivers or Brees.

Yup,, Probowl is a joke. The top players don't even play in it anymore. The middle-bottom level guys get in and play.

Bortles broke his non-throwing hand in the season finale.  He has probably already been bypassed for that alone.

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

The Pro Bowl should be played with robots that shoot lasers at each other. It's the only way I would watch for more than 2 minutes.
Only a chump boos the home team!

Considering he's in a cast with a broken thumb, I'd say probably ZERO.

At this rate we need some more players to drop out of the NFC and Gabbert might get in

I'm sorry, but if someone has to get hurt, decline, or not play due to making the super bowl, their replacement isn't a real pro bowler.
