I think he needs to have some serious competition come in to push him. Having Henne guarantees him a job. Get some new blood in here, another 1-3rd round QB or a vet free agent who can play. He has the potential but you can't make those throws! He is 17 games into his career he should at least be taking care of the ball at this point. 

As I said before, no matter who you look at around the league, the good quarterbacks seem to have a good season in their first 2 years. That does not appear to be happening.

Not to mention the offense essentially did nothing for most of the second half. Bortles had a statistically mediocre game for a modern NFL QB, but had multiple INTs dropped.
