Jaguars cuts

#81

Loston to IR (those 17-week ankle sprains will get you every time).

Does Marks count among the 57?

Trade Pierce?

We could cut Young, Pasztor, and/or Marshall and they probably wouldn't be signed by another team.

Quote:Highly doubt Sterling gets picked up, Nobody liked him enough to draft him before pick 220 and he's had 4 catches all pre-season.

He'll make the practice squad.

He was intentionally left out of the PS games so there would'nt be any film on him. While he played last night, he provided enough potential for someone to snatch him up in a time of need...

I think Marshall would get snapped up rather quickly, either in the cuts or from the practice squad.

What I find interesting is that Frangie and company were saying that McCray was actually on the bubble.

List looks okay with several pS players including Morris coming back.

I'm good with it

Still need to cut 4 more players.

These last 4 cuts have me nervous.

No space for Bortles. He wilts under pressure. Easy cut
No commercial messages in sigs

I actuall feel that Morris played very well aside from the drops against the Redskins. If it were'nt for Henne's veteran prescence, I feel that Morris would be the backup...

So when do we make waiver acquisitions?

We are LB heavy right now. Interesting. We only have 5 CB on the roster. We have to keep 5 I would think counting nickle.

Well, we have to be at or below 53 first...

I wonder if the Jaguars, who have moved towards a more power and size oriented blocking scheme coached by former Bills coach Doug Marrone, would have any waiver wire interest in former Bills G Cyril Richardson.

I wonder if he was playing at 100%?

To think not two weeks ago, there was a rather spirited debate on this board on who the better CB was between Colvin and McCray.
