I'd like to see his decision making next year.  He does need to read Defenses better and stop making dumb picks

Yep, if he's going to get better it's going to need a big turnaround, because at best he seems to be a guy that if the team is close at the end he can get the team into long FG range.  Not exactly a major positive.
