You can't tackle the QB anymore, so he gets to benefit from that. He probably gets drilled, wrapped, and landed on if they could still tackle.

Absolutely this plays a big role.

He still has to be strong/agile but most definitely QBs benefit from this rule.

1st guy went low to the waist and off to the side (stupid NFL rules) and couldn't wrap up. 2nd guy just hit him up high and as he was spinning, it didn't really do anything.
