I wouldn't expect it. Joeckel turns 25 this year. No don't think they are ready to give up on him.

They didn't take the extra year option for a reason. This is Joeckels final year here unless he suddenly becomes good.

I don't see that on NFL.com. Quit making stuff up.

Now it is announced.

Yeah but his option was ridiculous for what he has accomplished. Don't get me wrong, I hope they bring in Sitton, but I don't think we will. I think they hope Joeckel turns into a serviceable guard and then they lock him up at a marginal price next offseason.

Maybe they worked him out then. Someone did, I know that.

Already 10+ teams in contact with Sitton. Likely going to come down to who can offer the most money/years.

That's just a media report by NFL.com

The league will officially announce all final rosters to each teams FO. NFL.com =/= the league.

I would love the move but I don't think Caldwell is going to enter in a bid war for him given his age. They'll stick with Joeckel in my opinion. Hopefully he'll prove me wrong. Smile

<p class="" style="font-size:26px;">Just from calling around, interest in <a class="" href='https://twitter.com/hashtag/Packers?src=hash'>#Packers</a> Josh Sitton is already in the double-digits in terms of teams that want to talk to him.
