I have said it before here but this team needs more guys like Telvin. Not just how he plays, his athleticism and how talented he is but from an attitude standpoint.


He's aggressive and he's a leader. Both Jack and Ramsey strike me as that type of leader as well.

Linebacking corps went from so so to formidable, with the addition of Jack. Perhaps Poz' replacement may be targeted next year...one of the few forseeable needs. Or at least another boss in the rotation, if they decide to move Jack inside.
