You don't put a time limit on a coach. You fire him when it's obvious a mistake was made hiring him.

There's no point in firing Gus mid-season.  If we're winless, 1-15, or 2-14, then I'd think Khan should consider finding a new head coach.  But firing Bradley mid-season would end badly.

It was on the broadcast today! Alan Ball made a statement about the team everyone wanting that 1st win, Gus then had a meeting and told them not to focus on the 1st win to focus on the process and getting better then the wins will come.

That's one reason why I think Gus's seat should warm up.  It'll motivate him into making changes.  Maybe he didn't hire Bob Babich because he was his buddy.  If that's the case, I'm far more concerned than if he DID hire him because he's his buddy, because Blahbich just does't look qualified.

I think you are completely missing Bradley's point.  All you can do is work on your craft and get better.  If you do that then good things eventually will happen.  It is a process.  Of course he wants to win and of course wins matter... never mind, probably pointless to explain to you.
