I think Clemmons will be okay. It's a non issue because these are voluntary. Once it becomes mandatory then I'll will start getting concered.

Since you're such a big fan, we'll be seeing you at the Bartram practice, right? Maybe you could see him playing football then.

Nah, that would require too much effort from such a big fan...

Quote:So blake won't be at OTAs tomorrow? According to Bradley's presser he's going home.
He's going to a NFLPA rookie premiere event in LA along with Lee and Robinson.

Quote:Lets evaluate that statement

AFC east - Brady, Tannehill, Vick, and EJ Manuel are all better QBs than Henne.

AFC North - Dalton, Big ben, Flacco, and Hoyer/manziel are better or will prove to be better than Henne this year.

AFC South - Locker, Luck are all better. Savage and Fitzpatrick are debatable but I think Fitz is better.

AFC west - Smith, Manning, Shaub, and Rivers are all better. Shaub barely.

NFC East - Foles, Griffen, Manning and Romo all way better

NFC north - Stafford, Cutler, Rodgers all better. Bridgewater will prove to be better imo

NFC south - Brees, Glennon, Newton, and Ryan all way better

NFC west - Bradford, Kap, Wilson, and palmer all better

The only starting QBs that are even in question is Fitzpatrick, Bridgewater, and Hoyer.
Hoyer/Manziel???????????

Savage/Fitz???????

Shaub???

Bridgewater we are talking now

Glennon what are you smoking?

Locker no way??????

Quote:Be a bit like Bress and Rivers. Everyone seems to forget Brees played poor enough for San Diego to draft Rivers

You seem to forget the Chargers drafted Eli Manning and traded him to the Giants for Rivers.

The first warning for trolling Bortles was subtle.  The next one won't be so subtle.

That simple enough for you to wrap your brain around?

The best part about Brees going to New Orleans was that he was second fiddle when Miami chose to sign Daunte Culpepper over Brees. Classic Dolphins blunder. Brees surely had the last laugh.
Only a chump boos the home team!

Trolling Bortles?  Sorry for having a different opinion from you.  I guess that is outlawed here.

No where in any of my posts about the Bortles/Henne controversy or lack thereof was I not civil and polite.  In fact, the only people to start getting chippy with the "OH YER THICKNESS" comments were you and FBT.

I find it weird that, in your mind, if somebody thinks Bortles could play earlier than the coaches/GM are letting on, that person must be a troll... That isn't trolling.  It's a perfectly sane and logical conclusion based on how teams operate.

That's not at all what it's about.  Just like your sig, you're simply veiling what you've already done.

Have it your way and enjoy your vacation.  Trolling is fanning flames, sidetracking, distracting, with purposefully negative posts to incite responses that drag on for pages and pages without reason.

Thank you. I'm still learning twitter speak and it can be such a headache.. I wonder if Rosettastone is gonna come out with a twitter teaching version.

To go along with that:

Get ready for some more windmills. Defensive end Andre Branch had a really good first week and coach Gus Bradley singled him out as one of the standouts during the first three OTAs. Branch really came on at the end of the 2013 season, recording five of his six sacks in the last seven games. Babich and defensive line coach Todd Wash really worked with Branch on being consistent in his effort and it seems to have continued into the offseason.

Some folks on here are ready to cut him, but during more than one interview recently, Gus Bradley has done nothing but gush about his improvements.

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Cut him? That would be ridiculous after the improvement in production he showed last year.

Trade him for Dion Jordan? Now that I'd think about.

It was suggested.  Heck, I even thought he could be vulnerable if the improvements we saw late in the season didn't continue.  Clearly they have, so I don't see him being at risk of losing a roster spot.  I also don't see him being traded, but I know it's your thing to trade just about every player on the roster who has value.

Relax poncho. I'm not trying to get him outta town unless a distinct opportunity became available.

Dion Jordan has been rumored to be on the block. Now, I dunno about you, but I'd consider Jordan not only a higher ceiling'd prospect than Branch. I could also see Jordan as a pretty good fit for the LEO spot.

If the Dolphins would consider a Branch for Jordan 1 for 1, (as Branch might be a better fit for what they want to do than Jordan is) then the Jags should look into it.

Not every trade idea is bad, "just because", FBT....

Also, in every single case of players I have suggested dealing, they have been "prior regime" players.
