Now that you mention it...I haven't seen my sarcasm detector...or my batteries since Sammy stopped by my place the other day.   Sad  He always steals my batteries...then sells them at a discount to the Amish.  This time I may press charges.  $30 fine and a bingo night suspension are in order.

Was $32.72 worth of groceries worth it, Jameis?  Baffles me what the kid was thinking.

*EDIT*

I finally figured out what I'm doing.

His brushes with the law are starting to add up, and it will indeed have an impact on him next year when he's having to answer questions about his character with 32 NFL teams.

Sometimes that entitlement mentality clouds someone's vision when it comes to making good choices and understanding the risks involved if you don't.  This idiot has been coddled and treated like he's above the law up to this point.  I don't expect this incident to scare him straight.  It's a shame.  Talented kid.  10 cent head.

Oh, and you're welcome. Ninja

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Quote:Good lord what the hell is wrong with that idiot? Why can't talent of his magnitude stay the hell out of trouble and keep his damn head down? Holy hell man.. If this holds true, he needs disciplinary actions taken against him. This kid needs a kick in the head.. What the hell?!?
Dude he said he forgot to pay for them.. Not a big deal it wasnt a dui, or getting paid to sign autographs. Hes alright he still will be the number 1 pick in next years draft.

Winston speaks:

Quote:“As reported in the news, last night I received an adult civil citation for petit theft from a local supermarket,” Winston said. “I went to the supermarket with the intent to purchase dinner but made a terrible mistake for which I’m taking full responsibility. In a moment of youthful ignorance, I walked out of the store without paying for one of my items....”

“....I realize that I am in the public spotlight and my conduct needs to be above reproach,” Winston said. “Over the last year I’ve learned that my accomplishments on the fields can be a wonderful thing for my school, teammates, friends, and family. At the same time, I must realize that my mistakes are magnified and can bring great embarrassment to all those who support me every day. I make no excuses for my actions and will learn and grow from this unfortunate situation. I hope and pray my friends and family will view me as the 20-year-old young man that I am, and support me through this unfortunate situation.”

Yea I'm weary of drafting another idiot that can't seem to understand they don't live outside the law no matter how small the infractions.
