I'm pretty sure he can spot one a mile away. Heck, his brother has full blown Red neck syndrome, and I think his case is terminal. The Clintons grew up poor white trash.


So if anyone knows about who is and isn't one, Bill would be on that panel.
 

Don't you agree that generalizing  American voters like that is a terrible thing to do, though? No doubt Bill was using redneck as a disparaging term for Trump's supporters. Many in his base are students, engineers, blue-collar workers, businessmen, retirees, veterans. Bill is saying they are all rednecks?

 

Bill used self-deprecating humor to mask his insult, but why is he insulting American voters in the first place?

He was insulting the protester not the American people, genius.
