who will win the afc south division title in 2016..

Funny reading the early posts predicting the Jags to win the division, because that obviously isn't happening with the hot garbage that the Jags are putting on the field right now.

It's looking like the Titans/Texan/Colts will all be competing for the division title, with the Jaguars once again bringing up the rear.

There were many good reasons for people to believe we are for real now and will take a huge step forward. We are the most talented team in the division. I will not pretend we are a playoff team at this point but there is no reason we cannot keep hoping the division title - despite being completely unrealistic now - is still possible with 10 more games to play.

Stop being pessimistic. We can win the game. Maybe we will lose by double digits. Maybe we will lose by single digits. But there is no reason to doubt winning is possible against a weak opponent away from home after seeing us do it twice. I don't think a team that lost to the Colts at home is going to beat a team that beat the Colts away from home.

That is what real fans do. As long as there is a chance, don't give up.

Winning the AFC South is like winning the Miss Congeniality contest in the Miss America pageant.

Somebody has to win it by default.

What makes you think they are better than the Titans and Texans?

They haven't been better than the Texans for several years now... still, they manage to win more games.

If yesterday's game is an indicator,  one reason why the Texans have already had winning seasons under Bill O'Brien and Defensive Coordinator Romeo Crennel is how well their Defense tackles.   Kareem Jackson had one of the best tackling games I've seen from a CB in a long time but the overall unit played fundamentally sound.   Also,  the Texans Defense was much more aware of Matthew Stafford's running dimension than other Lions opponents.    The Lions didn't execute well enough on Offense but part of this was because of the Texans Defensive game plan and execution.

Just noticed that the AFC South is the only division in the NFL that every team has given up more points that they have scored.  Pretty sad.

we as a division should forfeit our championship this year and allow another division to be a champ. like give the afcw second place team our afcs title. lol

if Jags beat texans and the titans lose to packers this week the standings will be...

texans 5-4

colts 4-5 one game back

titans 4-6 one and half back

jags 3-6 two games back...

that's a sad close race.

I knew if the Jaguars don't play up to their expectations, nobody is going to take the AFCS seriously.. None of the preseason hype materialized for some players on those four teams.

Brock Oswelier is one of four QBs with more turnovers than touchdowns this season.
