Our next OC isn't trestman IMO. it has to be Greg Roman. him and Caldwell have worked together previously and were college buddies/teammates IIRC. with Harbaugh moving on to Michigan, as long as Roman isn't promoted to HC of the niners, i think all signs point to a Caldwell-Roman reunion.

I think most offenses are better with tempo, that's why so many offenses are going up tempo.
