His arm is clearly tired before this season and he said he had dead arm after his rookie year. The guy's arm can't handle the NFL so far. I mean, it explains a lot. There's really not much to say about it? Cool. It's documented. Then there's gotta be an injury report by the Jags. Link, please. Are you seriously blind? ose ![]() Bortles throwing motion too Close ![]() Nice. Only replied to one of the QB's I listed. Expected. Keep telling yourself that Bortles is the better option. It wouldn't be a "competition" if that was true. Especially how hardcore this team was in on him in the offseason. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today! You must be new. It's well documented. He was on the injury report in 2015 for a shoulder and after last season Blake said he had reinjured it mid season in an interview. It was indeed well documented. (08-24-2017, 02:09 PM)NYC4jags Wrote:(08-24-2017, 01:59 PM)haveaseat Wrote: Cool. It's documented. Then there's gotta be an injury report by the Jags. Link, please. I'm talking about the injury report for last season. Not an interview. Not a big deal but I'm just curious to see it.
Honestly, I would not be surprised if Bortles is cut. Henne will not last 16 games there is no chance, so inevitably Bortles will be back at QB and chances are it would be later on in the season. Pretty risky to be playing him if he could get something like an ACL tear and be locked in for 19 mil. Shoot, if I was Borts i'd rip that baby on purpose for a sweet 19 mil check.

This article states that he was indeed on the team's injury report from week 10-17 last season with the shoulder. http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/18395...t-shoulder I distinctly remember checking the injury reports after reading that (I was skeptical) and i remember seeing him there at the back log on jaguars.com The site no longer gives you access to last season's reports.
I can't believe a Henne versus Bortles debate is actually happening. That's like while discussing what to have for dinner tonight, someone making a case for a plate of turds over a bowl of vomit.

After looking at the BCC throwing comparison between Bortles/Henne/Allen, I have to say that Henne looks the best out of the three. He is more polished and has a quick release to deliver accurate passes to his receivers. Allen looks nice but is most definitely unrefined. His throwing-on-the-run is nice, but when throwing while standing in the pocket, Henne has the advantage. Also, I have a feeling that Dede Westbrook will be a monster for our team.
