I tried to tell you all Watson would be starting by week 2,or 3. a lot of you said no way,and thats hes no better then savage. Yes he is a lot better,a real winner,and leader.

A "real winner" who lost and threw every pass in the dirt 2 yards in front of the intended WR.

He may be better. But he's not A LOT better. He's just more mobile. Savage has a better arm.

Tinhorns had two options.

Stick with the QB who throws a better ball but isn't mobile -- or -- go with the kid who's not ready but can run for his life.

Their offensive line's performance in week one made the decision for them.

It's not so different from the Henne/Bortles decision a few weeks ago. Only their offensive line is much worse.

He was also really picked off twice in the game. The penalty that nullified the first one had no effect on his throw

Deshaun Watson will struggle big time this year, especially after teams get tape on him. He's not very accurate from what I saw, and he's also not the most mobile of qb's. He's basically a pocket qb that can sort of move, and I'd say his mobility is close to Bortles.

I think he'll have some ok games this year, but all in all I'm not sure how good he'll be.

He got a W last night... but all it really did was make the bungels look that much worse.

So by that logic, Lamar Miller, D'Onta Foreman, and...heck..Deandre Hopkins are better quarterbacks than Savage. I get it now.
