This offense wouldn't look as terrible if the refs would do their damn job. This should be a Bortles to Westbrook show for the rest of the game but the refs are clearly going to take that out of the equation. This sucks [BLEEP] that we have a good team and the refs are costing so many first downs and points every week. Makes a weak offense look even weaker.
