Fournette ruled out for Sunday

#1

Is this really a Quad injury or is his ankle something that is really the issue? What was the issue with him at LSU???? That he was out for a few games last year, that was an ankle as well right?
Just wondering if the Jags took a gamble on his ankles. My worry is if this chronic issue will shorten his career with us and how fast?
LOVE THEM JAGUARS!

Lol calm down. Players have injuries. It’s football that’s what happens.

Don’t forget the dude has been going non stop this year from college season, to the combine to pro days to workouts to rookie camp etc..

He’s had a long year. The fact he even had a 100 yard game this late in the season is a miracle. Dude will be a stud going forward

I'm thinking if this was a playoff game he would play. Would be nice to have him next week though

Leonard Fournette out vs. Texans; Chris Ivory to start

http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000...y-to-start

The Jaguars will be without their starting running back Sunday against the Texans. Leonard Fournette, previously listed as questionable, will not play against Houston, Ian Rapoport reported

Fournette out tomorrow,  Ivory is starting in his place. Hopefully we still pull it out and clinch a playoff spot. Hopefully Fournette will be healthy soon.

I sure hope so. Let's get it done and hope the Steelers can beat the Pats(although I doubt they will).

Breh, we control our own destiny. Win out and we win the super bowl. Nothing else matters. Been that way since week 1. <333

Still gonna win big I wouldn’t mind resting Fournette until the playoffs

Bortles will continue to show he should be retained next season. I read he's actually led the NFL in qb rating the past two weeks.

I'm not worried with Fournette being out. I actually am glad...give him rest.

accuttuttly if jags beat the texans tommorrew we want the pats to beat the steelers. that would give pits ,and NE both 3 loses with 2 games to play for Jags, pits, and ne. its far fetched probbley but if jags win ,and pieces fall right way jags could get the 1 seed. The main thing though is jags need to beat the texans tommorrew.

Nah my man. If Steelers beat Pats and Jags win out, Jags are the 2 seed.

I'm not worried about this game but I'm worried about Fournette's durability going forward. He's missed alot of time this season as a rookie.

Yeah, plus his durability wasn't exactly great in college.

Why? Ivory is more of a power back like Fournette. I'm sure Yeldon will still get plenty of touches.
